    Paragliding is an exhilarating experience that can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of experience or skill level. Included is amazing footage of your amazing experience

    A paragliding flight from typically lasts between 5 to 20 minutes, depending on weather conditions and wind strength. If the conditions are ideal, pilots can extend the flight by catching thermals, but on average, most flights are around 8 to 15 minutes before landing at Signal Hill or Sea Point. The overall experience is about 2 hours, which include all transfers.
