Begin your experience with a visit to the Aso Valley Ecomuseum, where you can immerse yourself in the rural history of the Marche region and learn about traditional farming tools.

Continue with a walk among 8,500 olive trees, both ancient and young, admiring ten different varieties of olives and learning about the life cycle of these precious trees. Enjoy the unique panorama that brings together the sea and the hills in an authentic and familiar setting.

During the guided tasting, you will sample three organic extra virgin olive oils, both single-varietal and blended, and learn to recognise their aromas, colours, and flavours. The oils will be paired with local bread for a sensory journey that nourishes both body and soul.

At the end of the experience, you will have the opportunity to purchase oils and traditional products from the farm to take home the flavours of the Marche region.
