Departure from Callian between 09:30 and 10:00 at the wheel of our electric convertible Méharis. In a convoy guided by your local driver, cross the forests of the Var hinterland amidst the scents of thyme, rosemary, and scrubland.

First stop — Château d'Astros: an exceptional winery reminiscent of the setting of the film Le Château de ma Mère by Marcel Pagnol. Free time to visit the château and its Provençal gardens with cicadas and warm stones. In season (September to November), there is the option of picking apples in the organic orchards — 10,000 apple trees, 12 varieties including Golden, Granny Smith, and Reinette.

Second stop — Château de Berne: a 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotel nestled in the heart of 515 hectares of nature. Lunch on site (catering surcharge, payable directly on site), tour of the castle and its grounds. Allow about 2.5 hours for this wine and food tasting stop in the heart of the organic vineyards of the Côtes de Provence PDO.

Return to Callian between 5 PM and 5:30 PM depending on traffic and time spent at each stop.
