Discover the underwater world of Sardinia's east coast with a first dive in Cala Gonone, surrounded by crystal clear waters and breathtaking seabeds.
Before diving, you will take part in a short theoretical introduction, where you will learn how diving equipment works, breathing techniques with tanks and the main safety rules. You will start from the beach with a gentle dive in shallow waters, perfect for learning how to breathe underwater gradually and safely. Once you feel comfortable, you will explore the seabed at a depth of up to 5 metres, accompanied at all times by certified diving instructors.
