Immerse yourself in the true taste of Sardinia on this 2–3 hour bilingual walking food tour led in English and Italian. Your journey begins with a classic Italian aperitivo — enjoy a refreshing beer or Spritz paired with a generous tagliere of locally sourced cheeses and traditional cured meats, carefully selected from trusted regional producers.
Continue your culinary adventure with one of Sardinia’s most beloved dishes: culurgiones, delicate handmade pasta parcels filled with potatoes, pecorino cheese, and fresh mint, traditionally sealed by hand in a beautiful wheat-ear shape. Paired with a glass of local wine, this dish tells the storey of Sardinian family traditions and rural heritage. You’ll also taste the seadas, a warm and crispy pastry filled with fresh cheese and gently drizzled with local honey — a perfect balance of sweet and savoury flavours.
Next, indulge in dolci sardi, including homemade amaretti prepared from a recipe lovingly passed down through generations, offering a truly authentic glimpse into Sardinian home baking.
End your experience on a sweet note with creamy artisanal Italian gelato, crafted using traditional methods.
All food and drinks mentioned are included in the tour. Along the way, you’ll also have the opportunity to purchase additional local specialities from the shops to take a delicious piece of Sardinia home with you.
