Once in the water, your expert instructor will guide you step-by-step—from lying down to kneeling, and finally to standing up and “taking flight” above the surface.

Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced board-sports enthusiast, the sessions are tailored to your pace. Use high-end equipment (Takuma/Waydoo) designed for stability and easy learning, ensuring you feel the thrill of foiling within your first 20 minutes.

Enjoy personalised coaching with One-to-one or small group instruction to ensure rapid progress. Explore the hidden corners of one of Portugal’s 7 Natural Wonders. All equipment is included, such as the eFoil, safety helmet, impact vest, and wetsuits (if needed).
