We’ll meet in the very heart of the city, on Mostowa Street. I’ll tell you about Bydgoszcz and its connections with the river and our iconic sculpture The Man Crossing the River. Our next stop — the city model! A quick overview of the last 700 years of the history of Bydgoszcz and we’ll be ready to move on.

Just a few steps away, we’ll stop at the charming Jatki Street to see another balancing sculpture — The Basket Weaver. Right around the corner there is the Old Market Square, where you’ll hear the legends of Mr. Twardowski and Bloody Sunday.

Then we’ll stroll to the Fara Church — the most beautiful church in Bydgoszcz! This place became famous after a real treasure full of jewellery and gold coins was discovered here.

Then, it’s just a short walk to Mill Island, where we’ll visit one of the city’s top attractions — Rother’s Mills. 170 years ago, flour was produced here; today, it’s a vibrant centre of science and culture.

Our next stop — Bydgoszcz Venice — brings another dose of fascinating stories about the river. We’ll finish our tour with a walk along Długa Street, just a few steps away from the monument of King Casimir the Great.
