Haedong Yonggungsa Buddhist Temple (Temple of the Dragon Palace): One of Busan’s most beloved and iconic attractions, Haedong Yonggungsa is a rare seaside temple built dramatically along the rocky shoreline. As you approach, you’ll be greeted by peaceful bamboo groves and the sound of waves crashing against the cliffs. The path leads you through a series of stone statues and viewpoints before you descend the 108 steps, symbolising the cleansing of earthly desires. At the bottom, the temple opens up to breathtaking ocean views, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere that feels worlds away from the city. - There are 108 stair steps to reach the temple area, but a ramp is also available as an alternative. - The time spent at each location may vary depending on the group’s pace.

Dongbaekseom

Dongbaekseom (Camellia Island): This charming island at the edge of Haeundae offers one of the most scenic coastal walks in Busan. The path leads you to the APEC House, a striking architectural landmark built for the 2005 APEC Summit.
