Activity itinerary

Grand Army Plaza
  • 40m
We start our tour near one of Brooklyn's most beautiful plazas, Grand Army Plaza, we then proceed to the beautiful Montauk Club and stroll along tree lined 8th Avenue
Prospect Park
  • 40m
As we meander through this lovely area you'll learn about the history of the homes, the people who lived in them and then we head up to Prospect Park West. You'll learn about how the park was developed and the role it played in the development of the area, just like it's brother in Manhattan, Central Park. Famous and wealthy people occupied the homes along the park and still do!
Flatbush Avenue
  • 40m
We'll descend down the slope from Prospect Park to 7th Avenue. You'll see quiet out of the way streets which Hollywood has used for many films! We'll discuss Park Slope most important commercial street, the home of beautiful boutiques, great restaurants. Once upon a time, Park Slope had a pub that many would call the "Cheers" of the area. And sadly, unknown to many today we'll stop at the site of America's worst aviation disaster until 9/11/2001.
