BROMO SUNRISE TRIP DEPART MIDNIGHT

Travel Guidelines
Be ready for our knowledgeable driver and guide to pick you up at 00.01 a.m. and bring you along the Probolinggo road to the Bromo region. Your pick-up location in Malang or Surabaya will take you there in around 3 hours. We’ll use a Jeep (4 WD) to continue the trip so we can appreciate the rough route that circles the hilly region. Next, we will head to Mt. Penanjakan, the best place to enjoy the sunrise view of Bromo. We then go down the hill and pass through the vast stretching sea of sand created by the eruption of Mount Bromo. The trip will take around 30 minutes to reach the summit. You can see Mt. Semeru, the highest mountain on Java Island, as well as the caldera, the Mt. Batok mountains, and the still-active Bromo crater from the peak’s rim. After descending from Bromo crater, you are
required to make your way to a Hindu temple named Pura Luhur Poten, which is a remnant of one of the Indonesian kingdoms. Then, you can enjoy a traditional Indonesian breakfast at Lava View restaurant and return to Surabaya or Malang.
