What you can expect

  • Enjoy an immersive experience in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Langhe, where landscape, culture, and wine come together in a unique atmosphere. Maurizio Sanso, a young producer from Monforte d'Alba, will personally guide you on a discovery of Cascina Sòt, passionately telling you about the production philosophy, the craftsmanship, and the deep bond with the Barolo DOCG territory.

The visit begins in the vineyards, where you can get a close-up look at the value of the terroir, the exposure of the hills, and the natural cycle of the vine. The tour then continues in the cellar, where you will discover the winemaking and ageing techniques that give rise to elegant wines with a distinct identity.

The experience culminates with a guided tasting of 7 wines, including the Barolo of the Municipality of Monforte d'Alba and the prestigious Barolo Bricco San Pietro. All accompanied by a selected platter of local cured meats and cheeses, designed to enhance each glass.

An authentic and engaging route, ideal for enthusiasts and the curious who want to experience Barolo directly from the voice of those who produce it.
