Transport might be available transportation from downtown Victoria and back. Please contact the activity provider least 24 hours in advance if interested in transportation from and back to downtown Victoria or stops along the way. There is a limit of 4 people in the van, or 6 per guide on the tour.

What you can expect

Come to the boat ramp and meet your guide. Then, get on the stand-up paddleboard and paddle out over the sea. Follow your guide through the bioluminescent waters to observe this fascinating light-producing chemical reaction caused by glow worms, fireflies, plankton, jellyfish, and more.

Marvel at the display of bright colours which is more prominent in spring and summer, due to the plankton concentrations. Look out for squid, fish, and other creatures as well. Spend some time to witness this amazing display, then paddle back to the boat ramp, dry yourself, and finish the activity.
