What you can expect

  • Step onto the private terrace of Barrique Garden, perched directly on the medieval fortress walls of Brașov, and enjoy an authentic Romanian picnic like no other. While the city unfolds beneath you, savour a carefully curated selection of traditional Romanian flavours, a glass of Balla Géza Clarus Brut sparkling wine, and a freshly prepared coffee.

This is not a tour. This is a moment. A rare opportunity to sit above a 15th-century fortification, taste real Romanian food, and experience Brașov from a vantage point unavailable to the general public.

Enjoy a Romanian artisan picnic basket with bread, lard, bacon, salami, telemea cheese, butter, jam, seasonal vegetables, and zacusca. Sip on a glass of Balla Géza Clarus Brut Transylvanian sparkling wine and a freshly prepared espresso or cappuccino.
