On arrival at the base, you will find free, parking
Paperwork
Once you’ve parked, head to the reception area. Here, you’ll need to fill in some registration and liability waiver forms. Staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the activity.
Welcome and Briefing
After registration, the staff will give you a warm welcome and guide you to the briefing area. Here you will receive detailed information about the activity, getting kitted out, and the use of the changing rooms and lockers. It is important to listen carefully, as these instructions will help you enjoy the experience to the full.
Getting Kitted Out
After the briefing, you can use the changing rooms to get changed. You will be provided with everything you need, such as a wetsuit, life jacket, helmet and shoes, to ensure your comfort and safety during the activity in the water.
Minibus Ride
Once you’re kitted out, you’ll board a minibus for a short journey of around 10 minutes. During the journey, you can admire the surrounding scenery and mentally prepare yourself for the adventure that lies ahead.
Arrival at the Starting Point
Once you arrive at the starting point, there will be a safety briefing. The instructors will explain the rules to follow, the techniques to use and how to deal with any emergency situations. It is essential to pay close attention to these instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Water Activities
The body rafting activity lasts about an hour and a half, during which you’ll have the chance to explore the Lima River, and if you like, you can try sliding down natural rapids and taking a dip in the crystal-clear waters. Return by minibus
