Set in the hills just outside Bologna, Palazzo di Varignana is a living estate spanning 900 hectares of land, including 450 hectares of olive groves and 57 hectares of vineyards. What began as a vision to recover abandoned rural land and historic farmhouses has grown into one of the region's most distinctive producers of extra virgin olive oil and wine.

Join a guided tasting experience and explore a site unlike any other. Sample a curated selection of our extra virgin olive oils and estate wines, and depending on the experience you choose, also taste a spread of local products including bread, meats, and cheese.
