We specialise in last minute tours. Perfect if you have a free day on your trip and want to explore some of the 900+ birds in the region. Even if you're not super into birds, we can still help you escape the city and be immersed in the beauty of the jungle. Normally we are able to observe 80-180+ species in one day. Forgot your binoculars and boots? No problem, we have some you can borrow! Maybe you came to Iquitos and have a wishlist for birds but don't have the time or funds for all those 4-7 birding packages. NOT A PROBLEM! Tell us what you want to see and we can make a custom itinerary for you. We have 9 routes that we use routinely and we will choose a route and start time based on your interests, preferences, and abilities. If you have a lot of birds on your wish list you can book multiple day tours, and different routes will be done each day.

Our day tour normally starts with us picking you up in one of our electric vehicles from wherever you are staying in Iquitos. We then take you on one of our river or hiking routes. General transport is 35-55 minutes then day tour is normally 4-5 hours of birding after that. Vegan snacks provided.
