    In the early morning, at 10:00 AM, the experience continues at Almaúnica Winery, a benchmark for wines with distinctive character and terroir. The guided tour reveals the behind-the-scenes aspects of production and the winery's philosophy, and culminates in a guided tasting, allowing you to understand the aromas, styles and distinctive features of each label.

    At 2:00 p.m., the first stop is at Cristófoli Vinhos de Família, where you'll enjoy a lunch with classic pairings in the vineyard, surrounded by nature and the authenticity of a family-run winery. Each dish is carefully paired with selected wines, highlighting local production and offering an immersion in the flavours of Serra Gaúcha.

    To round out the day, at 5:30 p.m., the setting shifts to a moment of contemplation at the Hotel Spa do Vinho. The sunset pairing invites you to toast the sunset with selected wines in a sophisticated setting with a vantage point, creating the perfect conclusion to the day.
