Hands-on from Dough to Steaming Basket
Guests will learn about the dough, fillings, wrapping techniques, and steaming process, then make their own baozi by hand.
Creative Filling Mix & Match
Each guest makes 9 baozi and can freely combine fillings. They can also add fresh vegetables for their own creative version.
Tea Break & Local Chat
While the baozi are steaming, guests can relax with tea, chat with the host, and learn more about Beijing food culture.
Eat Fresh from the Steamer
The best part: open the bamboo steamer, taste 1–2 freshly steamed baozi on site, and take the rest away.
