What you can expect

  • Day 01: Arrive in Cochin / Pickup from Cochin Hotel
    Arrive at Cochin International Airport or get picked up from your Cochin hotel. Our representative will meet you at your suggested pickup point, holding a placard with your name, and assist you with your hotel transfer. After check-in, freshen up and relax at the hotel after your journey.
    Later, proceed for Cochin sightseeing. Visit the historic Fort Kochi area, including the Chinese fishing nets, St. Francis Church, and Santa Cruz Basilica. Visit Mattancherry Palace (Dutch Palace) to admire its historic murals. Stroll through Jew Town and visit the Pardesi Synagogue.
    In the evening, enjoy a Kathakali dance performance, a traditional form of Kerala classical dance. Overnight stay in Cochin.

    Day 02: Cochin to Periyar (Thekkady)
    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before proceeding to Periyar (Thekkady). En route, enjoy the scenic surroundings and visit tea and cardamom plantations.
    Periyar, also known as Thekkady, is located in the Idukki district of Kerala and is known for its wildlife sanctuary, forests, and scenic landscapes.
    Upon arrival in Periyar, check in to your hotel. After some time to freshen up, relax at the hotel.
    In the evening, explore the Kumily Spice Market, located near Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Browse a variety of spices, herbs, and other local products. Overnight stay in Periyar.

    Day 03: Periyar Sightseeing
    Start your day with an early morning boat ride on Periyar Lake within Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. During the cruise, you may have the opportunity to spot wildlife such as elephants, deer, and various bird species.
    After the boat ride, return to the hotel and enjoy breakfast. Take a guided tour of a spice plantation to learn about the cultivation and processing of spices.
    Enjoy a guided nature walk or trek through the forests of the Western Ghats. Optional activity – ticket not included.
    In the evening, attend a traditional Kalaripayattu martial arts performance.
    Overnight stay in Periyar.

    Day 04: Periyar to Cochin Airport – Departure
    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your departure time, you may have some free time to explore Periyar town or relax at the hotel.
    Later, drive back to Cochin. Upon arrival in Cochin, our driver will assist you with the transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
    Our services conclude with the airport departure transfer.
