In the Cellar: We will descend into the silence of the barriques, amidst the scent of oak and history, to understand how the “King of Wines and the Wine of Kings” is made.

The Tasting: The highlight. Guided by expert sommeliers, we will taste different vintages of Barolo, learning to recognise its garnet colour, the hints of rose and undergrowth, and that unmistakable structure that makes it eternal.
