At “Los churros de San Martin” we work the dough of the churros so that they are soft and very little oily. They're a delight. In this experience we offer you to try them first of all plain, without further ado. A freshly made churro, hot and tasty. Then you can try it the traditional way, with a little bit of sugar, that will help to expand the flavours in your mouth. Once you've tried the traditional way to eat them, we suggest you to try our three special varieties. The Cinnamon, Aniseed and Vanilla churros.
We have been working in our workshop on the natural aromatization of sugar, so it maintains the sweetness and softness of sugar and adds the unmistakable flavour of these 3 delicious spices.
All this accompanied by a large cup of chocolate, is the ideal complement to dip the churro and to taste it as a spicy and very tasty drink.
In a few months “Los churros de San Martin” has earned a name in the world of pastry in Barcelona. The experience we have been proposing for more than half a year with a rating of 5 out of 5 on Google Maps and is undoubtedly the best way to taste a product as traditional as churros in Barcelona.
