What you can expect

The 3 options for visitors with the Volcanic Bath Package include 1 meal to choose from: Breakfast at Café del Cielo, or Lunch or Dinner at Luna Restaurante: 2 courses (main course + dessert). Drinks are not included.

You will have admission to the 4 pools and hot tub with hot volcanic water and spectacular views.

In addition, Luna Healing Spa treatments according to the option chosen:
Option 1: 1 facial (45 minutes) or 1 drawer bath (30 minutes).
Option 2: 1 exfoliation with volcanic ash and sea salt (30 min).
Option 3: 1 relaxing massage (1 hour).

Towels, dressing gowns, showers with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion will be available. Access to lockers, bathrooms, and changing rooms.

For safety reasons, children under 6 years old are not allowed in the pool and whirlpool area, given its location, even when accompanied by their parents.

Upon completing your reservation, a sales executive will contact you to inform you of availability and to schedule admission to the pools, treatments at Luna Healing Spa, and lunch.

Please be at the spa 15 minutes before your treatment.
The spaces will be reserved at the SPA. In the event of a no-show on the indicated date and time, you will lose your treatments and incur a 100% cancellation fee.
