After getting picked up from your hotel with either a private or shared transfer, start the day with a morning yoga practice including pranayama, classical Hatha yoga asanas, sun salutations, and other dynamic movements with synchronised breathing and deep relaxation exercises.
Next, release any stress or tension that might have built up in your system with a guided meditation in the sacred Mangening Temple, a scared holy spring temple of Bali for a Melukat (traditional Balinese aura cleansing) ceremony to wash away any bad karma.
You may choose to upgrade your tour to include a visit to the Ubud Monkey Forest, where you can get up close and personal with the Balinese long-tailed macaque. Alternatively, you can choose to soar on the Bali jungle swing.
