What you can expect

Learn how to plan and execute dives with enriched air, follow safety procedures and best practices for using Nitrox, and analyse your gas mix before every dive.

By the end of the course, you’ll have both the knowledge and hands-on skills to safely plan and enjoy Nitrox dives. This means longer no-decompression limits, so you can spend more time exploring at depth, shorter surface intervals, giving you the chance to fit in more dives, and less post-dive fatigue, thanks to reduced nitrogen in your system.
