This workshop is a unique opportunity to deep dive into our culture and cuisine and provide you with an exquisite masterclass. Together with your truly local chef Yegana, you will prepare a three-course dinner or lunch at a local apartment outside the city centre and enjoy your delicious preparations with a homemade ‘kompot’ fruit drink. After, enjoy a few glasses of black Azerbaijani tea with local pastries in a company of your chef and translator tour guide.

We will pick you up from your accommodation and take you directly to a suburb of Baku, where your chef Yegana will meet you at the top floor of a Soviet block building. She will give you detailed information about the vegetables, spices, and oils to prepare beforehand. After, get deeper into the art of creating wonders with specific recipes that are passed from generation to generation. Additionally, you will receive a meticulously crafted recipe booklet, so you can have all your recipes with you even after this tour.

This tour is a perfect choice for all kinds of travellers who want richer, more authentic experiences while in Baku. Satisfaction is guaranteed, as part of our company culture.
