This experience takes place in a real local home in Buenos Aires, not in a restaurant or traditional tour setting. It’s a private and relaxed gathering designed to offer a genuine taste of local life around a cosy table. Depending on the time of day, you’ll enjoy either a traditional Argentine merienda — an afternoon gathering with a selection of sweet and savoury treats — or a relaxed homemade evening meal, which may include dishes such as traditional Argentine empanadas. Homemade dessert, mate, coffee or tea complete the experience. But food is only part of it. Throughout our time together, we’ll have real conversations about everyday life in Buenos Aires — its customs, areas, food and culture — and you’ll have plenty of space to ask questions and share what you’re curious about. Rather than following a scripted tour, I’ll also share personalised recommendations based on your interests and travel plans, helping you decide what to see, where to go and what to experience during the rest of your stay. The atmosphere is warm, intimate and informal: a chance to slow down, share a table with a local and connect with Buenos Aires from the inside.
