- Snowmobiles are driven in pairs with one driver and one passenger per snowmobile (even if you book as one person). You will have plenty of opportunities to switch places during the adventure
- Please dress warm. A woollen base layer and at least one pair of woollen socks are recommended
- All participants must follow the rules discussed in the safety briefing. Participants that endanger themselves or others in any way, will be excluded from the tour without the possibility of a refund.
- The snowmobiles are insured with a liability of up to 980 EUR. That means the driver will have to pay up to 980 EUR on the spot to cover damages caused by the driver. Following the rules set by the tour guides will greatly reduce the risk of damage.
- The pickup time from Tromsø and the drop-off time in Tromsø can be subject to change, therefore please plan for some extra time between activities and/or travel plans.
- We may cancel this trip at any time due to weather or safety reasons. In this case, a full refund will be provided.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travellers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a full refund or a different date if possible
- one lavvo has accommodation for up to 4 people, but We never mix guests who don’t know each other in our Lavvos.
- Please note that this is an adventure where you have to add wood to your wood oven yourself.

- Note that this is not a driving northern light chase, and the whole experience will occur at the base camp.
