What you can expect

  • Decide where you want to ride and then head out from our Bayside stand to discover the sights of Assateague Island. You’ll be outfitted with a current-model bike, helmet, and route instructions.
    Bike rentals are self-guided and include helmets, but we'll make sure to give you any directions you need
    Just tell the local staff how many miles you wish to ride, and they’ll show you a great route that includes all the best sightseeing stops the Assateague Island has to offer. Your tour will take you on bike paths and over mostly flat terrain.
    You can choose for how long you want to rent the bike.
