Overview

This experience combines two of the great symbols of Mendoza and Argentina: wine and roast. It is not just a tasting or lunch, but a participatory experience where travellers are part of the local tradition.

After pick-up from the hotel, participants visit a boutique winery in Mendoza to enjoy a guided wine tasting. Then the fire ritual begins, where they will learn about cooking with firewood, Argentine cuts of meat and traditional roasting techniques.

The experience includes a practical class in traditional empanadas, a regional mince accompanied by Argentine mate or vermouth and active participation in the preparation of the roast.

The day ends with a lunch between vineyards accompanied by selected wines, water and non-alcoholic drinks. Small groups and direct contact with local hosts make this activity an authentic way to discover Mendoza.
