FIRST DAY
AREQUIPA | VICUÑA NATIONAL RESERVE | STARTING POINT 4910 metres | COLCA VALLEY

7:00 am, We pick you up from your hotel then we head the northwest of Arequipa city following the interoceanic road that borders Chachani a huge mountain, 2 hours later we enter to the Vicuña National Reserve here we stop to enjoy this beautiful scenery, take pictures and learn about the life and behaviour of non-domesticated camelids then keep going gradually higher to observe more wildlife species later on, we reach the place to start our biking tour.
Before we go our tour guide will give you a safety explanation about the operation of the bicycle system, so that everybody can have a good performance during ride.
We start on a asphalt route but only if you want and have some experience we enter to the unpaved road later we will come back to the asphalt, today we descent for about 1300 metres, going through grasslands, alpaca corrals, river springs, just enjoy the beautiful contrast of the mountains and the valley, stop to rehydrate yourself and take pictures, after a long downhill we enter to the Colca valley to have a traditional lunch then, we continue along the left bank of the river, get surprice with the beautifull Inca terraces built along the valley, the scenary is just amazing, today we bike up to the thermal baths to relax ourselves later on, we transfer you to the hotel to rest, today dinner will be at 7:00 pm.

SECOND DAY
COLCA VALLEY | CONDORS AREA | PALLCCA | hot springs

7:00 am we go to the Cóndors area, during the journey we stop to observe this amazing valley transformed by ancient cultures, get a nice impresion of every aspect that changed since colonial times, after we enjoy the flight of the condors and get the best view of the Canyon we start bikig, the terrain is mostly unpaved today we descent for about 1700 metres exploring this capricious morphology, stop to photograph it, rest and drink then continue during 2 or 3 hours till we get to Pallca where we enjoy lunch, the afternoon is free to rest and relax at hot springs dinner will be served at 7:00 pm.

THIRD DAY
PALLCA | HUAMBO | PEDREGAL | AREQUIPA

5:30 am we have Breakfast then 1 hour 30 min later we reach the first high pass to start riding the bicycles on a serpent road till we get Huambo the last village of the región, here we put the bicycles on a caravan to continue to the next stage, today the nature offers great views of the other side of the canyon this area is very remote not touristic at all with very desertict environment.
later on, we pass through very small twin volcanoes no higher than 300 metres we get to Querque where the last descent begins, this time we ride our bicycles towards the coastal desert for about 2.5 to 3 hrs. enjoy it as much as you can, later at the indicated time we finish this exiting tour, we pack up everything to go for a late lunch. then we take the Panamerican highway to return to Arequipa city arriving around 8:00 - 9:00 pm.
