Immerse in the local culture by becoming part of an Italian family, discover the grandmothers' secrets on how to prepare focaccia and fresh pasta. The experience takes place 10 minutes from the central train station, near the shopping streets and the historical-cultural attractions that characterise the city. Immerse yourself in the culinary culture of Puglia with a traditional cooking class guided by a local, born and raised in Puglia. Learn how to make the traditional Bari focaccia, the mythical ORECCHIETTE. After preparation, sit down and eat everything you have prepared, along with a glass of wine. At the end of the lesson, I will share the recipes to take home, TO IMPRESS YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHEN YOU GET HOME.
