Crucial Pickup Detail: Please DEFINITELY DO NOT wait in the hotel reception area. To ensure a smooth and on-time transfer, all guests must wait at the main security barrier / main entrance gate of the hotel. The transfer vehicle cannot enter past the security gate without passengers being present.
