What you can expect

We start at the car park of the Ehrwalder cable car and immediately tackle the first ascent to the Ehrwalder Alm. It is challenging, but doable, and is quickly rewarded with the first unobstructed views towards the Zugspitze. Along the way, I will keep telling you things about the region, the landscape and what makes this area so special. After that, we continue over a ridge and through quiet forests to Lake Seebensee. We take our time at the turquoise lake. If you like, you can jump into the water for a moment or take a picnic break right on the shore. Just the right place to recharge your batteries. Then comes the second ascent through alpine terrain, accompanied by new views of the Zugspitze massif. Once at the top, I will decide with the group whether we will make a short detour towards Drachenkopf. After that, we stop at the Coburger Hütte and enjoy the views of Drachensee and Seebensee. The descent back to Ehrwald rounds off the tour in a relaxed manner and once again offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
