It's not just a walk: it's the moment when you stop running and really start feeling. In the woods, you will be guided step by step to slow down and reconnect through all your 5 senses. Through simple and accessible practices, you will discover how to breathe more deeply and consciously, how to train your listening by going beyond surface noises, and how to use your sight to truly observe, not just look. You will also awaken your sense of touch and smell, “gateways” to a more intimate and profound perception, and you will release physical and mental tension in a natural way.
At the end of the experience, you may feel more calm and mentally clear, more present and focused, and above all, you'll take home a concrete way to reduce stress in your daily life—even when you're back to your usual routine.

You will be guided by Giulia Comai, a Forest Swimming/Shinrin‑Yoku guide and instructor (also an MTB guide and Barefoot Master), and Massimiliano Corrà, a Forest Swimming trainer, forest wellness technician, and experienced mindfulness coach, who specialises in working with groups and individuals to develop awareness and resilience.
