This park is one of the oldest in Almaty, where the Holy Ascension Cathedral is located (Almaty's oldest standing cathedral ), which is the most iconic building in the city. In the park you will also see the WW II memorial and Afghanistan War memorial, dedicated to the memory of fighters who died for the freedom and independence of the country
Zeleny Bazar

Next stop will be Zelenyi Bazar (Green Bazar). Historically speaking this bazar attracted town folks for grocery shopping, trade, and town gossip. Arbat Shopping Street (Pass by)
