Next up we'll visit Aqqu, a vibrant local favourite hidden away from the high streets, where Almaty’s creative crowd gathers. We’ll savour the ultimate comfort food: tender bell peppers packed with a savoury, juicy meat filling, slow-simmered in a rich tomato, carrot, and sour cream gravy.
