What you can expect

  • Meet your guide outside Inatel Café, where you’ll be introduced to the foundations of breathwork. Learn how conscious breathing can calm the mind, release tension, and improve overall well-being.

During the session, be guided through several different breathing techniques — from gentle, relaxing rhythms to more energising styles that help you feel refreshed and centred. Each exercise is explained clearly, making it easy to follow whether you’re a complete beginner or have practised before.

As the waves roll in and the sun sets over the ocean, be invited to fully relax, let go of stress, and reconnect with the present moment. Many participants describe this as a deeply grounding and transformative experience.

At the end of the session, leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced, with tools you can use anytime to support your emotional and physical well-being.
