several popular types of sushi, leading you through the process
starting from the preparation of the vinegar rice.
    We'll make “Nigiri-zushi” (hand-pressed sushi), “Maki-zushi” (rolled sushi),
“Gun-kan” (battleship sushi) and “Inari” (fried tofu pockets).
At the end of the lesson, you can enjoy a delicious sushi lunch or dinner that you have prepared yourself, along with Japanese sake and dessert.
We also offer a vegetarian option. Please indicate your preference when you place your order.
We are conveniently located, with easy access from both Shinjuku and Shibuya, two of the most popular hub stations in Tokyo.
Come for a morning lesson with lunch, or an afternoon lesson with dinner.
