Description / Important Notes
Reserved exclusively for guests with loved ones participating in Dolphin Exploration, Immersion or Connection, this experience allows guests to stay dry and comfortable while observing the dolphins from the shore. It is ideal for all ages, including young children, elderly guests, or guests preferring to stay dry, offering a chance to watch the dolphins interact with participants and discover their intelligence, agility, and unique personalities without direct involvement or animal interaction.
Programme Guidelines
Exclusive for guests with friends or family in Dolphin Exploration, Dolphin Immersion, or Dolphin Connection programmes.
Children of all ages may join as observers.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult (21+) with a max ratio of 3 children per adult.
Enter 45 minutes before programme; check-in opens 30 minutes prior and closes 10 minutes after start. Late arrivals may be denied entry.
No animal interaction, photography, or videography allowed.
Personal belongings, mobile phones, wallets, jewellery, and accessories are prohibited; small lockers provided.
Programmes are weather-dependent and may change at Resorts World Sentosa’s discretion.
No outside food or drinks allowed. Park rules and regulations apply.
ACW + Dolphin Exploration - English
Description / Important Notes
At the shores of the dolphins' habitat, guests can experience a dry, up-close encounter designed for guests wanting to meet a dolphin without entering the water. This is the only dolphin interaction programme suitable for children under the age of four. Guided by our animal care specialists, guests can build connections with the dolphins and gain fascinating insights into their physiology, behaviour, and unique adaptations. Learn about a dolphin’s anatomy and how to protect these beloved marine animals in a fun and educational encounter.
Participant Guidelines
Open to all ages, including children under 4, with a paying adult (21+). Max 3 children per adult for participants under 13.
Check-in: 30 min before start, closes 10 min after. Arrive 45 min early if entering from the park. Late arrivals may be denied entry.
Programmes are weather-dependent; Resorts World Sentosa may make changes. Large groups may be split for a better experience.
No personal items, phones, jewellery, food/drinks; lockers provided. No personal photography/video; official photos available for purchase.
Rescheduling fees: 1–6 pax: S$20/ticket within 72 hrs; 7+ pax: S$20/ticket within 2 weeks. Subject to availability.

Guided by our animal care specialists, step into the waters and experience a unique up-close perspective of dolphins and gain in-depth insights into their physiology, behaviour, and unique adaptations. Enjoy a close and informative interaction as you observe and learn about their behaviour.

Ages 4+; minimum height 110 cm. Children 4–12 must be accompanied by an adult (21+) – max 3 children per adult.
Swimwear and footwear required; wetsuits provided. Suitable for non-swimmers.
Check-in: 30 min before start, closes 10 min after. Arrive 45 min early from park.
No personal items, phones, jewellery, food/drinks; lockers provided. No personal photography.

ACW + Dolphin Connection - English
Description / Important Notes
Observe our dolphins while snorkelling alongside them and learn about their behaviour from our animal care specialists. Gain insights into dolphin behaviour and conservation as you watch them in their dedicated environment. Build an intimate bond as you swim with our graceful dolphins in their habitat while listening to their clicks, whistles, and echolocation.
Participant Guidelines
Ages 13+; confident swimmers only.
Swimwear and footwear required; wetsuits provided (personal wetsuits not allowed).
Snorkelling gear provided (life jacket, fins, mask, snorkel); personal gear allowed.
Check-in: 30 min before start, closes 10 min after. From park: arrive 45 min early. Late arrivals may be denied entry.
Programmes are weather-dependent; may change at Resorts World Sentosa’s discretion.

- Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not for resale, even in cases of bad weather or events beyond control
- Hand stamp + ticket required for same-day re-entry to Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium, or Adventure Cove Waterpark
- Bag checks will be conducted for safety
- Failure to follow rules may lead to injury or removal from the park
- Please safeguard your belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage
- Safe Management Measures: Capacity limits apply. Maintain distancing in queues and no mingling between cabanas. Temperature checks and check-in/out required. All equipment is disinfected before and after use.
- To celebrate the Chinese New Year (CNY) season, ACW will be extending its operating hours from 17 February to 1 March. Instead of closing at 5:00 PM, we’ll now be open until 8:00 PM — giving you three extra hours of fun and excitement!
