In Mittelwihr, on the Wine Route and in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, come and discover our family-owned winery. Sylviane Delphine & Jacques will be happy to introduce you to the world of the vineyard, wine, and the winemaking profession during a tour of the winery and cellar.
We will introduce you to the history of viticulture in Alsace and that of our estate, and you will be able to see the equipment used for the grape harvest, winemaking, bottling, and labelling.
Then we will move on to the tasting of 5 wines of your choice. The richness of the soils and the range of grape varieties that we can find in Alsace will allow you to find the wines that best suit your taste.
We will be able to advise you according to your wishes and inspirations. We will even advise you on food and wine pairings for our various products.
