The travellers who participate in this programme will have the opportunity to engage in a comprehensive 7-day traditional Thai massage training workshop, where they will learn the techniques and skills of this ancient healing Traditional Thai massage. This workshop will provide a hands-on approach to understanding the fundamental principles of Thai massage and energy lines or also knows as Nadis in the body. Participants will have the opportunity to practice 5-6 hours of Thai massage, yoga and meditation each day under the guidance of experienced instructors. The various guided meditation techniques, designed to help participants connect with their inner selves and develop greater mindfulness and awareness for massage movements The transformational gathering will provide an opportunity for participants to connect with like-minded individuals, including yogis and healers, in a supportive and nurturing environment.
