Know before you book

  • You must have a reasonable level of fitness and be able to hike at a leisurely pace for approximately 7.5 miles (12 km) over the course of 4 hours.
  • If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
  • If you are prone to motion sickness, please take any necessary precautions. Consult a medical professional before taking any medication.
  • Minimum age of 2 years old.
  • You must present a passport that is valid for a least 6 months following the end of your activity.
  • An additional surcharge of US 20 per person for the Transit Control Card is payable in cash only on the day of your arrival.
  • An additional surcharge of US 100 per person for admission to Galapagos National Park is payable on the day of your arrival.
  • An additional surcharge of US 5 per person each way for ferry transport between Baltra and Santa Cruz is payable on day 1 and day 6.
  • An additional surcharge of US 10 per person for the Isabela Island dock fee is payable on the day of your arrival.
