    Dinner features a specially prepared set menu, combining Caribbean flavours with Mediterranean influences. Please note that this is a fixed dining experience and guests will not be ordering from Bamboo Beach Club’s regular à la carte menu.

    The three course meal begins with jerk chicken spring rolls, followed by a main-course dish featuring fresh fish, jerk lamb, homemade pasta, and other specialities, then finished with a Caribbean desert such as rum raison bread pudding. Throughout the evening, enjoy your meal at the beach with music, drinks, and views of the Caribbean Sea.
