Norwegian Nature Centre: interactive exhibitions on nature and climate, plus one of Europe’s largest panoramic screens showcasing fjords, mountains and waterfalls.

Voss Municipality

Operating since 1918, it is one of Norway’s most famous funicular railways. Along the route you may spot charming Norwegian troll sculptures. In about 6 minutes, reach the summit viewpoint (around 320 metres) with a restaurant where you can enjoy local food.

Norheimsund

A wonderful base for fjord nature and coastal culture, often praised as one of Norway’s prettiest spots. 1. Steinsdalsfossen: a 46 m waterfall where a path lets you walk behind the cascade without getting soaked. 2. Spildegarden Farm: a family-run orchard known for apple juice/cider, jams and its famous apple cake.

Odda

Drammen

Drammen Spiral Tunnel: drive six loops inside a spiral tunnel to reach the mountain viewpoint (200 m) overlooking the town. 2. Ypsilon Bridge: a striking cable-stayed bridge (opened 2008) named after the Greek letter ‘Y’, an award-winning design landmark. Arrive Oslo in the evening.
