Discover more of San Blas on a four-day island-hopping adventure with three nights on three different islands. Enjoy private cabins or rooms with shared bathrooms, nine included meals and two boat excursions, combining white-sand beaches, turquoise water and time with local Guna hosts.

Instead of returning to the same island each evening, experience a different setting each night. Swim, explore and unwind between boat journeys, with a visit to Isla Perro Chico and the Natural Pool along the way.

DAY 1: ARRIVE & SETTLE INTO ISLAND LIFE

Meet at the designated Cartí port, or purchase optional return Panama City transport when booking. With this add-on, pickup is approximately 5:00–5:45 AM, followed by a 2.5–3-hour drive through the Guna Yala highlands.

Board a shared boat for an approximately 20-minute crossing to your first island. Settle into a traditional private cabin, which may have a sand floor, and enjoy lunch.

Spend the afternoon swimming, relaxing in a hammock or exploring the shore. Enjoy dinner and your first night on the island.

DAY 2: ISLA NUINUDUP, NATURAL POOL & PERRO CHICO

After breakfast, check out by 8:00 AM and join a boat excursion to Isla Nuinudup and the Natural Pool, a shallow offshore sandbank where you can stand in the sea when conditions allow.

Continue to Isla Perro Chico, your second overnight island. Spend time on its white-sand beach and explore the waters near its famous shipwreck when snorkelling conditions permit. Lunch and dinner are included.

DAY 3: A NEW ISLAND & ANOTHER BOAT EXCURSION

Enjoy breakfast, check out by 8:00 AM and travel by boat to your third overnight island.

Meet your local hosts and enjoy a different island setting. There may be opportunities to learn about Guna traditions and mola textile art, depending on the hosts’ daily activities.

After lunch, head out on your second included boat excursion to explore more of the surrounding islands. Return for dinner and your final island night.

DAY 4: BREAKFAST & RETURN

After breakfast, check out by 8:00 AM and return to the mainland port by boat. Guests who purchased return road transport continue to Panama City, with arrival around 1:00 PM.

YOUR STAY & MEALS

Accommodation is in simple private cabins or rooms with shared bathrooms; layouts vary between islands. Meals typically feature fish or chicken with local accompaniments. Vegetarian and non-seafood requests can be made, with choices depending on available ingredients. Drinks cost extra.

This is a rustic island experience with local hosts. Boat routes, island order and activities may change with weather and local conditions. Road transport and the Guna Yala entrance fee are not included in the base package.
