Day 1: From City to Our Village - local livecraft - traditional farming technique and our cattle work

7:00 AM: Gather at the designated meeting point (shared in advance). Breakfast on the way to Tra Vinh First stop when you reach the village, visit a Coconut Mattress/Rope Workshop, where locals villager transform coconut fibres into traditional handmade products. Learn about the process and even try your hand at crafting using materials from the coconut tree. Then we go to Aunt Tư’s house: experience haverst/ opening coconuts, enjoy fresh coconut water (Straight fresh from the tree), and relax on a hammock under the coconut garden and feel the breeze wind blow through the irrigation canal system used for cultivation Continue to the village host, settle in and enjoy a countryside-style lunch prepared by local hosts, featuring fresh and seasonal ingredients. 13:00: We drive you out to the Hotel for checking in leave all your stuff there. Rest for 1 hrs

14:00: Pick you up at the hotel and drive you to our village. Get your self the best Bicycle and Cycle through peaceful village roads, canals, and lush gardens And stop by the farm to collect the eggs from duck. And feed the chickens, ducks and geese there. Then we will stop by a seasonal fruit orchard to taste and learn about local fruits (depend on season as this garden is no chem fertiliser and everything is grow natural) Highlight of this evening: Take part in feeding chickens and ducks the traditional way, just as locals do in their daily life. And remember to pick up some eggs for tomorrow breakfast Enjoy a bicycle ride around the village, breathing in the fresh air and discovering the peaceful beauty of rural landscapes. * In the evening, savour a home-cooked dinner with local specialities * Free time to unwind or join light entertainment activities such as karaoke with your host or listen to them singing traditional songs

Start your morning with delicious breakfast made from the local duck eggs and fish sour A hands-on experience making Bánh Tét – a traditional Vietnamese sticky rice cake wrapped in banana leaves. The cake will be slowly cooked for around 8 hours, and you will take it back to the city as a meaningful souvenir at the end of the day. * Explore a vibrant local market, where villagers gather to trade fresh produce and regional specialities. * Continue to a historic Chinese refugee temple, originally built in the 1500s, reflecting the cultural depth and history of the area. Ao Bà Om: Visit a lake associated with Khmer matriarchal legends, surrounded by ancient trees, creating a unique cultural and spiritual space Khmer Culture Museum: Experience the Khmer lithophone (stone instrument), reflecting the spiritual and musical life of the Khmer people

Visit a local Ktung Temple to meet the Venerable monk. This temple was built in year 1485 using architect of the Khmer Theravada. Join a peaceful Dharma talk, where you can ask for guidance, learn about local spiritual life, and receive a blessing. Khmer monks will perform a blessing ritual for your safe journey home, chanting ancient Theravada scriptures — a rare and deeply spiritual experience Enjoy lunch with Bún Nước Lèo – a signature Trà Vinh dish. This rich noodle soup is made from fermented fish broth, combined with fresh herbs, seafood, and pork, representing the unique Khmer culinary influence. Now is time for the farm with rice fields and fish ponds; feed the cows/fish like a local and learn how we make cattle farm but still friendly to the environment. * In the evening. Join a cooking session to make Bánh Xèo, a crispy Vietnamese savoury pancake made from rice batter with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts. and collect your finished Bánh Tét before heading back to the city.
