An independent winemaker, Patrick Drouet passionately creates elixirs that are found on the most beautiful Michelin-starred tables! Carefully aged from the vine to the bottle on the family estate dating back to 1848, his 100% 1er cru Grande Champagne cognacs and Pineaux des Charentes are awarded medals every year.
The tour ends with a tasting of the iconic drinks of the Charente region: a choice of Cognac, Pineau, Liqueur, or even a non-alcoholic juice.
Other things to do: in summer, extend the experience with a Charentais picnic in the middle of the vineyards with a panorama.
