Property needs renovation. Rust at balcony that not good for baby’s. Hard to get to pool with babyroller, Hotel is great placed during sunami. But crazy to get there normal walking. The hill is not normal climbing if your not a sportsman.

Our stay in Kata was made even more special from the wonderful staff. The Hotel is just far enough away but close enough to the action of Kata. Will be staying here again. Especially if Lita is still looking after your stay.

Tuk tuk and taxi drivers blocking the little footpath that is there, is not going to help them get customers. It just annoys people. The congestion pushes people out on to the road, which is just tok dangerous.

Kata was incredibly enjoyable. It’s a good location that is a blend of party and chill and close enough that it was quite cheap to get to other places. It only cost us 400baht to get to Patong beach which is left central.
