"Good location. Clean apartment. It would have been better to know that it was remote check in prior to arrival. We expected to be greeted but needed to message to find pass key code to enter building and apartment. The one person lift from before WW2 was scary but it worked. Otherwise a nice apartment ..."

Being a walker, I thought it would be difficult to get around Zagreb but it wasn't. Everything is so close together, walking around it was easy. Such a vibrant city and so busy with lots to see. Just loved the Cathedral.

Make the effort to go to Mimara museum near Roosevelt square. Excellent collection. Some museums aren’t obvious with the entry - very little or no signs out the front. Eg Mestrovic Atelier. Be persistent.
