Stayed prestige club and that was excellent.

We had an excellent stay here at Jet Luxury Elite at the Signature. Check in went smoothly. We were not told which tower we were staying in until we checked in. We ended up having to walk between the towers which was no problem thanks to their indoor walkway. From start to finish, all the staff we encountered were super nice. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs. There were some issues with the bathroom taps leaking however this did not impact our stay. Pool is clean, safe, and comfortable; plenty of beach chairs to relax in. Kitchenette in the room was great. We were satisfied with the hotel location as well, only a 15 min walk to the strip.

We booked through expedia for the bed and breakfast package. At no time could we get breakfast without waiting 45 minutes to an hour for the included buffet. If you’re going to offer a package like that you should put priority on the people staying in your hotel and paying your exorbitant resort fee charged daily to my room. Never coming back to the Winn or Encore. I will not recommend others to stay there.

Room was clean but a bit out dated. staff were helpful and friendly. Great location.

The hotel is in a great location! I loved the access that I had to other properties. My room had housekeeping come in every day and the staff was always helpful. I would stay here again.

Perfect location, food all near good areas the staff added good tips to get the best out of the day since we had a youngster with us gave us a good plan for all of us to enjoy.
